How to add a new field

  1. Scroll to the right of your collection.
  2. Click the "+" sign on the furthest column to the right.
  3. Choose the type of field you'd like to add.
  4. Name your field.
  5. Click "Add".

The different types of fields

  • Text
  • Select (allows for dropdown, great for lead status and other grouping features)
  • Date field
  • Email field (if you plan to send emails to your entries)
  • URL field
  • Checkbox
  • Google Drive

How to add, delete, move or change colors for options in your select fields

  1. Select the "down arrow" in the column header.
  2. Click "Settings".
  3. Add new options or make changes to your current options.

How to reorder fields

  1. Click the 'left' or 'right' arrow/caret in the column header

How to rename a field

  1. Select the "down arrow" in the column header.
  2. Click "Settings".
  3. Edit the "Field Name" and click "Update"

How to delete a field

  1. Select the "down arrow" in the column header.
  2. Click "Settings".
  3. Click "I want to delete this field."
